Can I limit a reward to certain products or collections?

Currently, Kefi does not support restricting rewards to specific products or collections. When a customer redeems their points for a discount (such as Percentage Off or Amount Off), the resulting reward is applied at the order level rather than to individual items in the cart.

How do rewards currently apply?

Because rewards are order-based, they work based on the general conditions you configure in the Reward Configuration section:

• Points Cost: The number of points required to unlock the discount.

• Minimum Purchase Requirements: You can set a minimum dollar amount that the entire cart must reach before the reward can be applied.

• Discount Type: Whether the reward is a flat dollar amount, a percentage, or free shipping.
