Can I Pause My Loyalty Program?
Yes, you have full control over the status of your loyalty program. Whether you want to pause specific ways to earn or hide a particular reward, the Kefi: Loyalty Program Rewards app allows you to toggle rules on and off at any time.
Pausing Earning Rules
If you want to stop customers from accumulating points for certain actions, you can disable individual rules in the Ways to Earn section:
Toggle Status: Each rule, such as "Place an Order" or "Daily Visit," features Active or Disabled radio buttons.
Instant Update: Selecting Disabled will immediately pause that specific incentive, preventing users from earning points through that action until you reactivate it.
Pausing Redemption Options
You can also control when and how customers spend their points by managing the Ways to Redeem:
Deactivate Rewards: You can set rewards like "Percentage Off" or "Free Product" to Disabled to take them offline.
Manage Availability: This is useful if you need to pause a specific promotion or if a "Free Product" is currently out of stock.
Managing Storefront Visibility
If you wish to hide the loyalty program from your customers' view entirely without deleting your data, you can manage your On-site Content:
The Widget: You can use the Disable Widget button within the Floating Widget settings to remove it from your storefront.
The Loyalty Page: You can hide your dedicated landing page by navigating to your Shopify admin and changing the page visibility to Hidden.
The Account Page: You can disable the Loyalty Hub Extension within the Shopify theme editor to hide loyalty data from the customer account area.
