How to Set It Up (Step-by-Step)

Setting up this integration takes less than two minutes and requires zero coding.

• Open the Theme Editor: Inside the Kefi app, navigate to On-site Content > Customer Account Page and click the "Set up in theme editor" button. This will launch your Shopify customer account settings.

• Add the Extension: Within the theme editor's sidebar, look for the App Extensions section. Search for and select the "Kefi Loyalty Hub" extension.

• Enable & Save: Ensure the extension is toggled to Enabled. Click Save in the top right corner of the theme editor. Your customers will now see the Loyalty Hub every time they log in.

Managing Visibility

We understand that your store’s layout may change. You can adjust or hide this feature at any time without losing any customer data.

• To Temporarily Hide: Click "Edit in theme editor" and simply toggle the extension Off. This keeps your settings saved but removes the content from the live site.

• To Remove from Navigation: If you want the hub to exist but not be part of the account menu, uncheck the "Add to menu" option within the extension settings in the theme editor.
