Does Kefi work with Shopify POS for in-person sales?
At the moment, Kefi is designed to support online store orders only. The loyalty experience—including earning points and redeeming rewards—is currently exclusive to your Shopify online storefront.
Can rewards be redeemed at a physical checkout?
Loyalty rewards generated through the Kefi widget or the dedicated Loyalty Page are specifically formatted for use in the online checkout. They cannot be scanned or applied by staff within the Shopify POS interface at this time.
