What is AI Bundle and How Does it Work?

AI Bundle is a smart feature in the Kefi app that automatically suggests product combinations that are most likely to be purchased together.

Instead of manually selecting items to bundle, the system uses real-time store data and customer behavior to create high-converting bundle offers.

This helps merchants save time, boost sales, and deliver a personalized shopping experience — all with minimal effort.

What Makes The AI Bundle Feature Stand Out?

How Does It Work?

  1. Data Analysis - The AI scans your store’s order history, customer behavior, and product relationships (like frequently bought together patterns, views, and carts).

  2. Bundle Creation - Based on that data, it automatically recommends bundles that are proven to perform well — such as:

  3. Smart Placement - These AI-generated bundles are shown in relevant areas of your store where they are most likely to convert.

How To Use The AI Bundles?

STEP 1

On the Kefi app, head over and click on ‘Select’ available on ‘AI Bundles’.

STEP 2

This redirects you to the AI Bundle Suggestions. Here’s all you see -

Bundle Type: The Bundle Type column displays the structure used for each AI-suggested offer. This helps you quickly understand how the bundle works and what kind of pricing or promotion logic is being applied.

Each entry includes:

  • A title (e.g., "Fitness Combo Deal" or "iPhone Savings") generated by the AI based on product groupings.

  • A bundle type tag (e.g., Buy X Get Y, Quantity Breaks, Standard Bundle, Mix & Match) that indicates the promotional format being used.

STEP 4

Products: The Products column displays the individual items grouped together by AI to form each suggested bundle. It clearly lists all the products included in the offer, helping you quickly understand what combinations the system has recommended.

For Buy X Get Y bundles, products are categorized under “X Products” and “Y Products” to show which items need to be purchased and which are offered as rewards. For other bundle types like Standard, Quantity Breaks, or Mix & Match, the list simply shows all relevant products that form part of the bundle.

STEP 5

Discounts: The Discounts column shows the exact discount logic applied to each AI-generated bundle. This helps you quickly assess the value proposition of the offer and how it’s designed to encourage conversions.

Types of discount formats you may see include:

  • Buy X Get Y – e.g., “Buy X items and get Y at 50% off”

  • Quantity Breaks – e.g., “Buy 1 at 2% off, 2 at 4% off, 3 at 6% off”

  • Fixed Price or Fixed Value – e.g., “Get this bundle for $5” or “Save $30 on this bundle”

  • Percentage Off – e.g., “Get this bundle at 15% discount”

STEP 6

Actions Panel:

Publish - The Publish button in the AI Bundle Suggestions dashboard allows you to instantly activate a suggested bundle and make it live on your store.

Preview – Use the Preview option to see how the bundle will appear on your storefront before activating it. This helps you ensure everything looks right and aligns with your brand.

Edit – The Edit button allows you to customize products, titles, discounts, and design elements before going live. It gives you full control over the final offer configuration.

Delete – Use the Delete option to permanently remove bundle suggestions you don’t want to keep. This helps you maintain a clean and relevant suggestions dashboard.

STEP 7

You can also click the “New Suggestions” button to generate a fresh list of AI-powered bundles anytime.

STEP 8

Checkbox – The checkbox lets you enable or disable multiple bundles in one go. It's useful for managing bundles in bulk. You can publish selected or delete selected all in once.
