How to Set Up Announcements in Kefi?
STEP 1
Go to the Kefi Dashboard and choose the ‘Slide Cart’ option. Click ‘Select’.
STEP 2
On the redirected page, click on the Announcements feature available on the left side panel. The feature lets you display a countdown message in the Slide Cart, helping create urgency and boost conversions.
Click Activate to display the banner in your cart.
STEP 3
General - Under the General tab, you can customize the announcement message that appears in the Slide Cart. Use {timer} within the message text to display a live countdown (e.g., “Your products are reserved for {timer} minutes!”).
Set the timer duration by entering hours and minutes, and choose the container size (Small, Medium, or Large) to control how prominently the announcement appears.
STEP 4
Colors - Adjust the visual style of your announcement banner with color controls for:
Background Color – Sets the banner background.
Timer Color – Changes the color of the countdown timer.
Message Color – Defines the color of the announcement text.
These allow you to keep the banner consistent with your brand’s color palette.

Typography - Here, you can customize the text appearance:
Message Size – Control the font size of your announcement message.

STEP 6
When everything looks good, click ‘Save’ to apply the Announcement settings to your Slide Cart.
