Bundle product not showing or causing an error at checkout after using Bundle Builder

If you are creating a Bundle Builder and you're seeing an error at checkout, you're not alone. This is a common setup issue related to market or delivery zone configuration.

The error usually appears as:

"The delivery of the products in your cart is not available for (your location). Change the delivery address or empty your cart and return to the store."

This means the bundle product hasn't been properly included in the relevant shipping markets or delivery zones in your Shopify settings.

This article will walk you through the key steps to ensure:

  • The bundle product is properly included in your market settings.

  • Customers in your target regions can successfully complete checkout.

Step 1: Make Sure the Bundle Product Is Included in Your Market

Your bundle product might be excluded from the active markets, which prevents it from being purchased by customers in those regions.

How to check and fix this:

  1. Go to your Shopify Admin.

  2. Navigate to:
    Markets → Catalogs → Products

  3. Scroll to the Excluded section.

  4. Look for your bundle product (e.g., "Build Your Box").

  5. Select it and click “Include Product” to move it to the included list.

Note: Bundle products are not always automatically added to all active markets when created. Manually including them ensures they're available at checkout.

That’s It!

Once you've included the bundle product in your active market(s), the checkout error should be resolved. Customers should now be able to complete their purchases without issues.
