Kefi uses Meta’s official WhatsApp Business API to send messages. Meta charges fees for WhatsApp API usage, and these charges are billed separately from your Kefi subscription.

  • These fees are determined by Meta and vary based on the conversation category and the recipient's country.

Where to Find the Billing?

To view or manage your subscription, simply go to the Kefi: WhatsApp Marketing section in your Shopify admin panel.

From the left-hand menu, scroll down and click on Billing under the app.
