Note About WhatsApp API Charges by Meta

Kefi uses Meta’s official WhatsApp Business API to send messages. Meta charges fees for WhatsApp API usage, and these charges are billed separately from your Kefi subscription.

  • These fees are determined by Meta and vary based on the conversation category and the recipient's country.

  • You can view the most current rate list on Meta’s official pricing page:

Important: Kefi does not control or mark up Meta’s pricing. These are additional costs you should be aware of when using WhatsApp to message customers.

Types of Subscription Plans and Where to Find the Billing?

To view or manage your subscription, simply go to the Kefi: WhatsApp Marketing section in your Shopify admin panel. From the left-hand menu, scroll down and click on Billing under the app.

Here, you'll be able to see the 2 available plans:

1. Free Plan ($0/month) - Includes unlimited manual messages, reusable templates, chat button integration, and easy no-code setup.

2. Pro Plan ($29/month) - Includes everything in the Free Plan, plus: Automated abandoned cart messages, Smart analytics dashboard, Ability to send messages from your own WhatsApp number, Higher delivery success rate and Priority support.

Which Plan Should You Choose?

1. Free Plan – Best for Beginners & Small Stores

This plan is ideal if you're just getting started with WhatsApp marketing or running a small store that doesn't need automation yet. It’s perfect for:

  • New Shopify merchants testing WhatsApp as a support channel
