While the button displays storewide by design, you’re in full control over how it looks and where it shows up by device. These thoughtful controls are available in the Content tab and help you tailor the experience to your store’s unique needs:

1. Display Device - Choose where the button appears—on all devices, desktop only, or mobile only. This helps tailor visibility based on your customers’ browsing habits.

2. Button Type - Pick between a button with both text and icon or icon only.

Use the text option to make it more noticeable, or go minimal with just the icon.

3. Position - Set the chat button to appear on the bottom-left or bottom-right of your site. The bottom-right position is often preferred, as it's where most users naturally expect help widgets—leading to better usability.

4. Icon - Select from default icon options or upload your own branded icon. Custom uploads support .jpg, .png, or .jpeg formats up to 1MB in size.
