The Kefi: Loyalty Program Rewards app offers several dynamic ways to turn simple actions into valuable points.
Ways to Earn Points
The "Ways to Earn" section allows you to reward customers for their engagement, purchases, and even special milestones. Currently, Kefi supports the following earning rules:
Place an Order: This is the primary method for rewarding your customers' financial investment. You can configure this in two ways:
Incremental: Customers earn a specific amount of points for every $1 spent (e.g., 5 points per $1).
Fixed: Customers receive a set amount of points regardless of the total order value (e.g., 100 points per order).
Sign Up: You can offer an immediate incentive for new visitors to join your community by awarding points for creating an account (e.g., 100 points for signing up).
Daily Visit: Build a daily habit by rewarding customers just for stopping by your storefront. You can set a limit on how many times a day they can earn these points—typically restricted to once every 24 hours.
Birthday Celebration: Build a personal connection by awarding a points bonus on a customer’s special day. To prevent system gaming, you can require birthdays to be set a specific number of days in advance.
How to Set Up Earning Rules
As a merchant, you can manage these rules directly within the Kefi app:
Navigate to the Points Program: Go to the "Ways to Earn" section in the app sidebar.
Select a Rule: Click on any of the rules (Order, Sign Up, Visit, or Birthday) to customize them.
Configure Earning Logic: Set your points values and dynamic variables.
Customize Visuals: Choose a default icon or upload your own to ensure the rewards interface matches your store's branding.
Activate: Toggle the status to Active to start rewarding your customers immediately.
