Is there a limit to how many loyalty members I can have?
No—there are absolutely no limits. Whether you have 100 customers or 100,000, Kefi is designed to grow alongside your brand. You can enroll an unlimited number of loyalty members without worrying about hitting a "cap" or facing additional fees based on your database size.
Is there a maximum number of points a customer can earn?
No. Customers can accumulate an unlimited balance of points. There is no ceiling on how many points a single shopper can hold.
This allows your most dedicated "Super Fans" to save up for high-value rewards (like a Free Product) over a long period.
Does Kefi limit my program's growth?
Kefi is built on a scalable architecture specifically for Shopify. We do not place restrictions on:
Total points issued across your entire store.
The number of rewards redeemed per month.
The size of your community.
