Live Chat - The fastest way to reach us!

You can access live chat directly from your Kefi Dashboard.

STEP 1

On the Kefi Dashboard, head over to the bottom right corner.

STEP 2

The Help widget in the bottom-right corner of the Kefi dashboard gives you quick access to support and guidance—all without leaving the app.

Key Features:

  • Send Us a Message - Instantly start a live chat with our support team. Great for quick questions or troubleshooting on the go.

  • Book a Free Setup Session - Need help getting started or customizing your setup? Easily schedule a 1-on-1 call with a Kefi expert.

  • Search for Help - Use the search bar to find answers in our help docs, FAQs, or guides without waiting for a reply.


At the bottom of the widget, you’ll find three tabs:

  • Home – Main menu with all help options.

  • Messages – View and continue past conversations.

  • Help – Access support resources and articles.

Our support specialists are available to answer your questions, troubleshoot issues, or walk you through any part of the app.
