Viewing Customer Loyalty Activity
The Customer Profile view is divided into actionable modules that give you a 360-degree view of a shopper's engagement, from their basic contact info to every point they have earned or spent.
1. Customer Info & Points Summary
On the left-hand side, you have two quick-reference cards that define the customer's standing:
Customer Info: View the customer's name, primary email address, and their current status (e.g., Guest or Member). You can also track exactly when they first joined your program.
Points Summary: A financial snapshot of their loyalty journey, showing their Current Balance, Lifetime Earned points, and Lifetime Redeemed points. This helps you immediately identify if they are a high-value "power user."
2. Administrative Action Tools
At the top right of the profile, you have four critical tools to manage the relationship directly:
Adjust Points: Manually add or subtract points from a customer’s balance. This is perfect for "surprise and delight" bonuses or manual corrections.
Sync Customer: Force a manual refresh to ensure the data matches your latest Shopify records.
View on Shopify: A direct deep link that opens this specific customer's profile in your Shopify Admin for order history or address updates.
Block Customer: Use this if you need to exclude a specific user from earning or redeeming points due to policy violations.
3. Detailed Activity Log
The center of the screen houses the Activity Log, which serves as a transparent ledger for every loyalty event associated with that account.
Filtering Options: Use the tabs to toggle between All Activities, Earned, or Redeemed to quickly find specific transactions.
Search & Sort: Use the search icon or the sort toggle to locate specific events by date or type.
Real-Time Data: If a customer calls with a question about a missing reward, you can click Refresh to pull the most recent activity immediately.
